A: Times vary by project, but here are some general guidelines for our main products:

- Windows — 4 to 6 week average delivery time, with 1 to 2 days to install (based on an average of 10 windows/day)

- Patios — 6 to 8 weeks average delivery time, with 3 to 4 days to install (varies based on complexity and structure)

- Siding — 6 to 8 weeks average delivery time, with 10 days to complete (subject to size and height of home)

A: If you’re going to add any structure to your home, you want to have the very best in materials and construction. While vinyl and aluminum rooms were good in their time, there have been amazing advances in building materials in the last several years. Our 4-season patio room is a great example of using newer, better materials in a patio room.
